Checking over teams for services in advance and filling gaps in advance where possible
Helping with Q rostering planning and team dynamics
Serving on a “team” on a regular basis (1 in 2 or 3 weeks*)
When not on team checking in with team where possible to support team leaders
Attending Sunday Services when not on team
Attendance Q team meetings
Frequent connection with Team Leaders

Ensuring team are trained well

Bringing ideas to help better GS at your location
Helping to plan budget allocation and spending
Identifying future Team Leaders and moving them closer to that
Pastoral Care for Guest Services team members

Where possible* helping to allocate people in Citylife Groups
Promotion of courses and opportunities for spiritual growth
