The Goal
Create a comfortable environment for our guests by offering an excellent barista coffee experience for those who attend a service or event.
Guidelines
Milk + Honey Team members should wear appropriate attire when serving and working with food. Part of creating a comfortable environment is being easily recognisable to our guestsso please wear Guest Services Team Lanyard.
Connect with your Guest Services Team Leader after arriving to serve and they will communicate any specific details about the weekend service.
LOCATION NOTES + CALL TIMES
RIPLEY
Leader - Arrive on time at 7:50am.
Team Members - Arrive on time at 8:00am.
If you are running late, please message your Milk + Honey Team Leader as soon as possible to let them know.
PRE SERVICE
Turn on machine and check stock needed for the morning.
Cashier to source till, eftpos machine, and set up cups, pens and packet snacks display
“Shotter” to gather portafilters, shot glasses, fill up coffee beans, run through tester shots and check for coffee grind bin liner
“Milker” to gather milk jugs, organise lids, cloths, powders/sugars, straws and ice
Attend pre service prayer 8:30am
Serve team and congregation coffees until 8:55am when the doors open
Cashier to put till and eftpos machine in cupboard
Shotter to empty shots and wipe area
Milker to put away milks and rinse milk jugs
POST SERVICE
Host Café
During final connection please make your way to Cafe
Process eftpos operation for guests as required
Serve coffee’s to team and congregation
Ensure people are socially distanced, where possible, when lining up for service
Wipe down the station and clean hands once finished
Please refrain from eating, drinking or using your phone while serving.
Service All Team Meeting – 10:45am.
Please all team members attend this check in.
