ARRIVAL

• Arrive at Church

• Boot up PROJECTORS/ Mixer / Imac - Wait until all up / then Mixer again until works

• Ask producer for runsheet and start loading up relevant videos / songs / graphics

• Check sermon powerpoint notes and spell check.

• Check all video full play through and audio. 

• Turn on Foyer TV's

• Check Songs have correct templates 

• Check Lower thirds for spearker are setup

• Check All Video are not set to loop unless background. 

• Attend Prebrief with whole team

DURING REHEARSAL

• Familiarise yourself with Runsheet noting any special media queues 

• Note the runthrough arrangement of the songs and make changes in propresenter

• Main rehearsal time - follow along with songs and make changes to arrangements

• Check backgrounds match the lighting colours and cues

• Add Cues for ALL Timers (Make sure OVERRUN is ticked)

• Final check of videos and runsheet with Producer and sound person

• Play through all videos FULLY to understand start and finish, transitions. 

• Check over ppt notes for any errors

• Check the foyer/parents room tv's are on and working

• Check all countdowns required and cued up.

• Check Preroll & Other Videos

• Have Loop in foyer running with current ads. 

DURING & AFTER SERVICE

• Follow along with the service and all relevant cues. 

• Make Producer aware of any issues encountered for their report

• Debrief with Tech team after band debrief

• RESET - Reset everything back to how it should be as default for the next person.
