1. Open the run sheet in Planning Centre to cross-check the service
   
   

2. Log into www.vimeo.com with your provided login (contact Al Hills at Alastair.hills@cityhope.com.au if you have forgotten this)
   
   

3. Click on the relevant service
   
   

4. Click on "Review" on the right hand panel
   
   

5. At each point in the service where you wish to make a note, click on the screen and enter your note

• Title slides

  • No typing errors

  • All web links are correct

  • Appropriate title/role for speakers

  • Legible and easy to read

  • Vision casting, not just factual. E.g. instead of saying "To Give" say "Live Generously"

• Picture

  • Crop of speakers is appropriate, i.e. no phones, not too close or far away, no objects are in background E.g. water bottles

  • Colour grading is good
    

• Transitions

  • Do transitions work i.e. are they too fast, too slow, would a fade in/out be better
    

• Music and volume

  • Would any parts of the service benefit from background music or a pad? E.g. at the end of a preacher's message, in a prayer or vision casting moment

  • Is the volume of any background music appropriate?
    

• Instagram Cut

  • Have you nominated a 30 second or less section of the preach to be used for a clip on Instagram? Note this as "Instagram Cut from Here" and then "Instagram Cut to Here" on the review
