    Service Producer

    ARRIVAL

    • Arrive at Church at 6.30am Ripley + 1:45pm Springfield

    • Move the TRAFFIC Cones into position for Ps Mark and Gail Edwards

    • Open up appropriate doors for creatives team

    • Turn on Lights, Aircons, music in foyer. Make sure Spotify Levels are optimal. and all volume knobs are correct. (9PM on dial Ripley)

    • Turn exhaust fan on low. (Ripley)

    • Check Runsheets and underline, check anything you have thoughts on, notes

    • Put Connection Cards on front row chairs

    • Check all checklists/runsheets are at Tech stations in clipboards



      SOUNDCHECK

    • Start sound check with Band & Sound person

    • Check with media person if they have everything they need.

    • Sound person to lead the process with band.

    • Vocals should join in when band is done.

    • Then they will run through a song to get ears done.

    • 7.15am Ripley + 2:30pm Springfield Pre-brief with Team down front / Hand out runsheets - start without people if they have run late or still setting up

    • Run through Runsheet / Be Clear and Specific / Mention who is WL and MD

    • Go through whole sheet, and then come back to worship set and get WL to talk through it.

    • Mention all media elements in front of team.

    • Check if anyone has any questions.

    • Get someone to pray for morning.



      REHEARSAL

    • Start Rehearsal - Run through all songs and transitions.

    • Check that Sermon Notes are uploaded and LIVE on App

    • Pass physical Sermon Notes onto the Media person to familiarise themselves with

    • Check cleanliness of Auditorium, black fabric, speaker section, side wings.

    • Check positions of singers and musicians, move around if needed.

    • Check that all tech team are aware of everything, briefly talk through the runsheet with each

    • Make sure they do transitions and keep them to time.

    • Check Auditorium Audio level into the Foyer and adjust where needed 

    • Check Foyer Volume of Rehearsal and get Sounds person to set it! -10 pre 0 for speaking. is normal.

    • Ensure auditorium is excellent, service ready - lights backstage off, in ear boxes away and nothing out of place



    AFTER REHEARSAL

    • Head to 8.30am Ripley and 3:30pm Springfield .

    • Prayer meeting in foyer with all teams - this is a ALL TEAM meeting so ensure you are on time, arriving in the foyer on time.

    • Producer to do another check of auditorium, find someone to sweep stage

    • When MLE arrives, ask to run through the whole service, his connection card and talk him through it completely. 

    • Do soundcheck of Preacher (MLE on lapel) with Sound person

    • The producer takes control of this via MC mic, tuning with FOH then, to FB then altogether

    • Soundcheck any person that is speaking at all.

    • Check for any other misc. items needed - Flowers, Frames, Gifts etc.

    • Start Comms Group on FB with Producer, Guest Services Leader, Service Hand, Ryan Germain and Alastair Hills.

    • Check all video levels and sound person to make note of db level

    • Check of Auditorium - Lights backstage off, media ready, lights ready

    • Check in with Photographer and make sure they are aware of runsheet.

    • Doors open - 5 min music playlist on iPod

    • Check all microphones are on the front row ready. 




    DURING SERVICE

    • PRAY - Purpose without His Presence is Pointless

    • During service make sure the tech guys are aware of what is next and trouble shoot

    • Do attendance count with Guest services person during preaching

    • Fill out weekend report via phone link.

    • Debrief with Team and reset all stations for following week.

    • Check sound is loud enough and playing in foyer

    • Run short debrief with Tech team after band debrief and talk improvements. 

    • Clean sound desk and leave ready for next weekend. 

    • RESET - Reset everything back to how it should be as default for the next person.
