Pre-Service
Please arrive for the Pray meeting. This is 8:25am at Ripley and 9:25am at Springfield.
Make sure you look at PCO to see who is Preaching and who is on Connections.
After prayer meeting, ask the person who is on connections if you can film them for our Instagram. Head into the meeting room out the back at Ripley or the Parents Room at Springfield. Have them stand against a white wall that is well lit.
Film
Send these to Rachel Waddell
- 30 second video of any announcements for the week.
- 30 second video of encouragement * At Ripley there is a microphone on the back sound desk next to the laptop to use.
Once you have finished, head to either the auditorium or the foyer and have the connections person film an intro to the services
“Good morning! We are so excited for our services today. Come and join us at Ripley 9am, Springfield 10am, or if you can’t make it to our physical service, join us online at Hope at Home now”
Post to our stories before 8:45am.
Post Service
Head to the main entrance of the building to meet the connections host to film closing video.
- Video to be 30 seconds maximum.
- Record but don’t post just yet.“We’ve had such a great morning here at Ripley/Springfield, if you watch along with our Hope at Home services; we’d love to see you at our upcoming services throughout the day! In the meantime; check out some of the highlights from today’s service!”
Check in with the photographer at the production desk how uploading is going.
Go to photos.fluro.io on your phone to see how uploads from across campuses are going.
Select best photos from the selection or compile two together into a portrait version.
Adjust exposure according to each image (darker photos may need more exposure added- be careful as to not make people look washed out/too pale).
Add grain (+2.5 or +3.0 is recommended but use your creative eye to see if more or less is needed).
You will need to repeat this process at 11:30am for Springfield campus.
Once you have all photos, post the highlights to our stories with the text ‘Ripley highlights’ and ‘Springfield highlights’.
Once the highlights have been uploaded, use the photos to post highlights to our grid. Make sure this includes a photo of the Preacher and they are posted between the campuses at Random (R, SF, R, SF etc)
This needs to be completed by 3pm.
Create your own caption, but make sure you say something along the lines of ‘We have some amazing services across both campuses this weekend. We cannot wait to see you next week!’
