Please fill this report out after your service. Ps Ryan Germain will follow you up if there is anything that needs to be.
We are currenly sitting in "hour long service times" which means that the times given or allotted to you on a runsheet are there on purpose and as you prepare you need to be mindful of them when delivering.
Please make yourself 100% aware of the following:
Log onto Planning Center and choose your songs.
- Your set time on the clock is 21 minutes. This includes the Connections Hosts time.
- Find the songs that have the * and +. These are the current set list for both Sunday Service and Youth.
- Decide on the key of the songs. If you are unsure, message your Band Director for that weekend and have a chat about it. If you are still unsure, message Ps Rachel Waddell.
- Message Ps Ryan Germain your choice of songs and enter them into PCO.
- Create a messenger group for the weekend. In this group should be: singers, band members, connections host, producer, sound, media, and lights and Ps Alastair Hills
- If you are rostered on at Springfield, please make sure either Ps Andy or Ps Rachel are added to the group.
- Name the group with the date and campus, eg. ‘18/10 SF’ or ‘18/10 RIPLEY’
- Create your rundown and let the team know your vision for the weekend.

An example rundown:
Hey Team!
Happy Tuesday! I hope you've had a great start to your week. Here is the rundown for our Sunday Service.
Verse: 1 Peter 1:3
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,"
I've been listening to a song called Living Hope on the latest Bethel album and have been so moved by the lyrics. I was thinking about how amazing it is, that we have been born again into this living hope, when our world is so hopeless. I want our congregation to experience that living hope this Sunday as they meet with Jesus.
Run Down:
1. Glorious Day
Key D
Track
We're going to do this song to form and all singers in from the top, but when we get to the end we'll go into an instrumental and back into the bridge. Have a listen to this Bethel version. It won't be exactly the same but you'll get the idea. I will amend what I want on the Track. We'll keep the acoustic in the Track.
Glorious Day - Dante Bowe | Bethel Music WorshipTransition: Big shimmer to finish. We don't want to lose momentum going into Echo, so keep that kick drum in.
2. Echo
Key D
Track
Nothing too different with this one. Just remember to keep it bright and full of energy. All singers in from the top.
Transition: Shimmer to finish. Keys to bring in King of Kings.
3. King of Kings
Key D
Pad
We’re going to do this song to form because it is super powerful and that's the way it works best! Check out the live version on the Awake album.V
Verse 1 and chorus - piano and Rachel
Verse 2 - building to 50% during this into the chorus
Chorus - 75%
Verse 3 and 4 - possibly the most important part of the song. Listen to the song and listen to how it builds through these two verses. When we hit ‘then the church of Christ was born’ we want to be at 100%
Chorus - 100%
Chorus - 100%
Tag
Instrumental
Back into a soft chorus and transition into the chorus of waymaker
Way Maker
Key D
Pad
I don't want to build to quickly with this song. I would like to keep it quite low and intentional for a couple of chorus' and tags. Going then into the verses and flowing from there. We may even go back into the chorus of King of Kings. It'll be an adventure!
Please remember, please check the runsheet for the current calltime.
Any questions let me know!Hope you have a great end to your week.

This will help the media person on a Sunday.
- Make sure you are praying about those ‘God Moments’ will be in your set.
